New Position. Assistant Director of Personnel. (vAFDP/A1a). This is a vColonel administrative position that is responsible for assisting the Director of Personnel. This position is the first line of contact for all matters regarding personnel.

The Assistant Director of Personnel will process all new pilots, graduating and transferring pilots within 24 hours, and forward those changes to Director of Personnel (vAFDP/A1).

The Assistant Director of Personnel will review all awards and forward to Director of Personnel (vAFDP/A1).

This office shall retain the call sign of USAF1004a and the air staff identifier of A1a.

The Assistant Director of Personnel through operational commanders, shall document delinquent pilots and delete them from the roster, notifying the Director of Personnel (vAFDP/A1).

The Assistant Director of Personnel will update Discord identifiers as well as removing discharged individuals.

The Assistant Director of Personnel will assume command from Director of Personnel (vAFDP/A1) in cases of vacation, illness travel, etc.
